I had a lot of questions as I was getting ready to move in, and Makayla was always quick to respond to my emails (there were a lot!). I felt appreciative of her support along the way."

"Might be an early review, but Makayla was awesome and helped put me in one of the 2bed 2.5bath units. The unit looks pretty solid and nothing sticks out as a gross/hazardous problem. Some small things needed to be addressed but maintenance (surprisingly) showed up within a couple of business days from my move-in date to address the concerns. I hope this continues; I want to like the community and stay long-term."

"I’ve been living at Aventura for over a year and I have to say things were rough in the beginning but I’ve seen such a huge improvement especially with the office staff. The new property manager Casey along with the other office staff has been very attentive to my concerns and I’ve noticed a huge difference in the property overall. Slowly but surely I see things are changing and there are definitely improvements internally and externally with the health of the property. I am believing that things will continue to get better now that we have a new manager!"

"Worst apartment experience! Do not stay here! Unresponsive staff, ridiculous rules, horrible living conditions. I have stayed here for almost a year and a half. During that time, the complex changed companies three times, and they kept getting worse. When we moved in, they switched our apartments to one that wasn't finished. Missing cabinets, missing doors, holes in the ceiling that leaked, and roaches, to name a few problems. We reported the issues almost daily for six months without anyone fixing anything. Finally, after threats to leave and sue, they fixed the problems. Do not give them your money!"
