"Avana Bellevue is a great place to live in Bellevue. It's in a convenient and safe location. The office staff are friendly and maintenance is very efficient. They also have a 24/7 number to call if you have any issues after hours. Most people that live there are kind and friendly, and it is also a pet friendly place."

Lots of apartments claim to love their residents, but it really feels true here at Avana Bellevue. Highly recommend!"

"I moved into this property two years ago, and the entire process was finished in 3 hours--I've never had any leasing experience handled so quickly! In the time I've lived here, I've only ever had very minor issues to contact the office about, and every single time they've been responsive immediately. There's an online portal to submit requests, and it couldn't be easier. Since I've lived here, they've also invested in the exterior of the property--the landscaping is wonderful, and the amenities are, as well. Not to mention that you are literally in the middle of the Bellevue shopping corridor. Spacious, affordable apartments that are well-maintained are very difficult to find in Nashville, Tennessee. Even harder to find are the wonderful people who I've dealt with while living here. Debbie, Trevor, and Gail are nothing but helpful and pleasant to speak with. Definitely put this place on your list if you're thinking about moving to the Bellevue area!"

"Giving it 3 stars because there was a shooting a couple feet away from my apartment complex and management sent an email telling the residents that our safety is our individual responsibility… Someone got shot getting out of their car… Seriously… This incident caused me to have anxiety for weeks. Too afraid to get out of my apartment simply to go to the grocery store. So that deducts two stars. But other than that maintenance is good. It’s pretty quiet. No roaches or bugs. The fitness center is sorry. It’s a small hot room with two treadmills and a bench… they don’t even have dumbbells or weights. And the treadmills are unbalanced… it’d be great if they could expand the fitness center into where the community laundry room was since they shut that down and get some new equipment… it’s not much to ask for. It’s in a great location and it’s a quiet community so that’s mainly where the 3 stars come in."
