"I moved into Novel Harpeth Heights Apartments about a month ago in the first week in December 2023, and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. I have lived in apartments all of my adult life, and I've been around for a while! Harpeth Heights is hands down the most beautiful apartment complex I've ever lived in. The property management office is extremely responsive, unlike basically any other place I've ever lived ever. The maintenance staff is wonderful, and all my issues are resolved if possible within a day or two. The amenities are crazy nice. I often tell people it feels like I'm living in a resort! We have our own beehives, and they have a beekeeper who comes in to care for them!?! Also have lovely raised vegetable gardens the guests can pick from in the summer. There are beautiful places around the two pools, one of which is a lap pool, where people can socialize, and there are several grills outside and two fire pits. We have an onsite social director(??) who almost weekly comes up with fun classes to do in the clubhouse. My own apartment is beautiful, and I was able to lock in one on the top floor. To be honest, the number one reason I looked at this property was because they have an elevator. I have also found it's the most quiet property I've ever lived at. How many times can you talk about how quiet your apartment is?? I work in downtown Nashville, and the exit to get on route 40 to get there is literally two minutes from my door. It's 15 minutes door to door. And for shopping and groceries and things of that nature, we are 5 minutes up the street from a ton of options in Bellevue. If you're considering moving to West Nashville, these apartments should be at the top of your list. I was able to get in with a great special on the rent as well. Could not recommend this place highly enough!"

"I toured many apartments in the area and Novel Harpeth Heights is by far the best in my opinion. We really felt Michael’s passion for the property during our initial tour. He has since been promoted to the marketing team however we’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with both Aryel and Louisa. They are both friendly and professional and I’m impressed they seem to get to know each resident. They even go above and beyond for items I’d consider minor, and that is what you want as a resident! The amenities are everything you could want. The gym is impressive, our dogs are loving the greenery and many sidewalks and the pool area is breathtaking and so relaxing. You won’t regret signing a lease at Novel Harpeth Heights!"
