"I've been living here a year and just signed to renew my lease. For the location (10-13 minutes from downtown/East/Midtown), amenities, quality of service and events they host, I think it's worth the price. (I feel like the cost of living in Nashville is just high overall.) With any apartment, nothing is going to be perfect and I think a lot of people need to know that when reading reviews. I've never had a problem with anyone in the leasing office, Malcolm has always been kind and willing to listen and help when problems arise. My apartment view faces the highway so it was tough getting used to the highway noises but as time went on it turned into white noise. Sure the stairwells could use a good power wash and it would be nice if the sky lounge was open and there was more guest parking. But all things considered, I've enjoyed my stay here, I've made friends at the quarterly programs and most problems I've had have been fixed within the week. I love that I can walk to the greenway and that our parking is gated. Our pool is great as well as our fitness room. When we moved in we had new carpeting and all of our appliances worked. Love that we have a patio too and that this complex is pet friendly. If anything I would suggest to management that they give the stairwell a good powerwash and offer more events to residents."
