"We really enjoyed living here for a year as a grad student / remote worker couple. Can't beat the location right by Hillsborough Village, Vanderbilt, and close enough to walk downtown if you're ambitious. Wouldn't call it a super luxury property compared to others my friends lived in, but the grounds were pretty and well maintained, and we enjoyed using the pool (mostly very quiet and there was almost no one else ever there). Plus their "luxury properties" had issues of looking way nicer than they were and lots of noise from a younger crowd. Coming from the Northeast we thought it was a good price for 1 bedroom, big deck, and enjoyed being on the top (3rd) floor. Maintenance staff was really nice/helpful and the gym was also almost always empty when I was using the treadmill. Hallways were very quiet and noise from surrounding apartments was basically non-existent. Everyone we met in the building was polite and friendly. There was a squirrel living above our deck but we found him to be cute and looked forward to seeing him lounging on our deck. We also got our entire security deposit back which I appreciate. Thank you for a great stay - we hope our next apartment is just as nice!"

"The Village at Vanderbilt is a beautiful complex. The staff have been so very kind and helpful throughout this experience. Our need for residence was for medics attention and the close proximity to the hospital was within walking distance. From my first phone call to the village we have felt secure and completely taken care of. The admin staff, trash fairies, maintenance staff have all been exemplary in meeting our needs during our stay. Thank you to the village at Vanderbilt for making us feel at home while away from home!"

"We have enjoyed our stay at Village at Vanderbilt. We were required to stay near Vanderbilt Medical Center and was pleased to find a place within walking distance for appointments, lab work and rehabilitation. The unit was completely furnished, clean and comfortable. We only had one maintenance request, but it was promptly addressed. We had a reserved parking space with quick access to the elevator and felt completely safe due to the secure entry to the building and the frequent presence of Vanderbilt police. There was a heated/air conditioned exercise room with several machines and weights. Although we did not use the pool it looked inviting and was always pristine. The office staff was extremely attentive, kind and helpful. I would recommend Village at Vanderbilt especially to those in medical recovery."

"This is a very nice setup here and we couldn't have asked for a better location for what we needed it for. We needed it to be close to Vanderbilt hospital and the surrounding doctor offices and this place is right there at it. It's quiet here you have assigned parking and the one bedroom furnished apartment we had was very nice. Very few maintenance issues but the small issues we had was taken care of promptly and done right the first time. The office staff is outstanding and I really think they care about their tenants no matter how long you stay here. We would definitely consider staying here again if the need ever arises."
