"My neighbors are friendly, and the maintenance staff are excellent. That's about all I can say for this place. Very overpriced for the square footage and the style of the apartments. The apartment above me had leaky pipes, and after the leak was fixed the brown hole in my ceiling was left and has been there for almost a year now. The office staff are very unfriendly and rude now that Regina has left, and I'm honestly worried about ever moving out of here into someplace nicer. I've never missed a single rent payment, but they seem the type to interfere with current residents trying to move out, since conning someone into paying almost a grand for less than 950sq ft doesnt happen often. I would definitely advise anyone looking for an apartment last minute to keep looking - even in this area there are nicer places that are far more affordable. And if you are a current resident and you find that their office isn't reporting your rental history to your new complex correctly I would definitely raise a fuss and seek legal action! I plan to!. I won't feel safe and happy again until I'm actually out of here. Oh! Also! If you are a single woman, the so called locks on the laundry room and gym are never working. Anyone can wander in at anytime since there is no security, so always keep your mace on you! I've had several bad experiences with creepy men wandering in to watch me/follow me since there is no functioning lock to keep out non residents."

"If you dont have good credit and triple the amount of income they won't except you. You will be conned out of your money as well . All friendly to your face and cons at the end."

"Terrible place. Car windows being busted out, things are stolen often, people overdosing on heroin, leaking pipes, mold, and worst of all the staff is so rude and doesnt help with anything. I personally feel they have issues with light skinned people. I can go on for day reguarding the flaws that come with with place other than the extremely high rent. I definitely wouldnt recommend this complex tp anyone..."

"Had a great experience thus far, just moved in today. Jackie has been extremely helpful following up with my emails and making the move in as smooth as possible. I am loving the hardwood and black appliances. Maintenance seems friendly as well. Great experience so far with The Village At Crestview."

"Ugh... INFESTED of roaches, carpenter bees, mice and all imaginable bugs. The manager is racist and xenophobe. Awfully disrespectful. Complaints are ignored constantly and if you complain again she automatically will accuse you of racism if you are not dark black. The laundry room is ALWAYS dirty, smelly and most of the machines broken for almost a year. There is no camera. She retains the mail if she wants to (USPS is fully aware of this). Dogs over 30 lbs are not allowed, however, there are A LOT of huge pit bulls walking around, mostly without a leash. Water - sewer pipelines are NOT updated since this complex was built. People shooting people in the parking lot on broad daylight!!! Meth lab exploited. They put flowers outside but they don't call pest control."
