"No management at office most of the time. Maintenance was not available for days at a time .was told he was working at both properties in Madison. Only temp's working in office for the past three months. Electric in parts of my unit would go out for hours at a time. So would my neighbor next door. The dryer that we are being forced to pay $55.00 a month to lease not own. A monthly $12.00 legal fee. Two water bills totaling $100.00 a month. And a trash service fee. Our monthly payment is never the same was not able to receive an exact amount of rent payment for July's rent. Paid $1505.00 on July 5, 2023. Office Temp received payment. A New resident manager said she came that day but my payment was not there but she applied payment on the 6 of July 2023. That money order was there and dated on the 5th . She lied that she picked up the payment's or simply didn't apply them until the sixth. I'm done. Never been faced with so much from my resident manager or lack thereof. ."
