"Do not be fooled! These look nice but THIS IS VERY MUCH GIVING THE PROJECTS!! These are brand new apartments and we all moved into this building about a month and a half to 2 months ago & its already out of control. There is a no loitering policy which is totally ignored. I haven't even been here 2 months and already the breezeway is littered with trash, weave and food. I work 2 jobs and pay 1450 only to have nowhere to park when i get off my second job at 9pm. I put in 5 work orders my first week here which have all been ignored. The upstairs neighbors kids constantly stomp, bang, run & fight during the day when i’m trying to work my first job and i have complained and management literally does NOTHING but send out letters making fake threats. Kids are yelling, screaming & running through the breezeways constantly. There are cameras everywhere so they are well aware of the issues & still do NOTHING! Again the apartments look great but the way management does nothing about the violations, it wont for long. Update: 11/01/2023 I’ve been here 8 months & it has gotten worse. Nothing is still being done about the multiple violations & when you call the office to complain the staff seems annoyed that you complain. The amenities they claim to have are a joke. The pool was barely open during the summer and the onsite gym is non-existent. On top of that a woman was shot here recently & onsite security is a joke. I feel they embellished what this neighborhood would be like to get people to move in just to make money. The apartments are really nice on the inside but the outside has gotten so trashy. This could be a really nice community if management, maintenance & security stepped up."

"NOT a crime-free community. in the past month, there have been shootings. And the residents that have been apart of the shooting or the one to bring the mess into the community have not been removed. The walls and floor are super thin you can hear EVERYTHING.The person that lives underneath constantly bangs on her walls and ceiling from me and my child just walking. So many complaints have been filed with no action. Kids run through the parking lot, won’t even move out of your way when you are trying to park. Trash is everywhere! You don’t even feel comfortable coming and going to your vehicle. Then you have to park far way from your building because others have multiple cars and or visitors."

"I really have to say I love my apartment, I love my view !!! everything outside of that ghetto is an understatement, these people are nasty they don’t care about their living spaces , kids outta control, throw trash, let the pets go everywhere don’t pick up after themselves, really a disgrace ! The office only can do so much , I’ve seen them make efforts to try & keep it looking good but these people here don’t deserve nice things , poverty mindset people! They will never appreciate it! Then on top of that they steal people packages out the mailroom , this instance the office literally seen them on camera just pick up my package they know didn’t belong to them .Parking is horrible someone hit my car while I was parked just ridiculous. I just can’t wait to move they can have this !"

"I’ve had the most unprofessional experience with the applying for this property. The initial apppointment was conducted and we were subject to listening to the representatives personal issues while she constantly communicated with other staff and residents. The interview took 2hrs with several interruptions. Upon completion we didn’t receive in phones when verifications were needed. We applied the 1st wk of January and we still have yet to receive a phone call with an approval or denial. While dealing with the regional representative she would not acknowledge that my application has been sitting on an ex employee’s desk. My housing voucher expired 2/28/23 luckily my caseworker was compassionate and has given me an extension however the regional representative still has yet to address my application saying it’s still being reviewed. Any footwork that needed to be done I physically had to go to the property to find out any information because I get no communication at all. When I asked for corporate information to get some type of assistance I was told that she is corporate as of to say you still have to go through me. Might I add I’m moving here from Indiana. I’ve been extremely patient and cooperative yes I’ve gotten frustrated but who wouldn’t in this situation here it is almost 2 months later."
