"Excellent location that is walkable to most attraction. It ismodern and clean apartment with free parking and a Whole Foods in the building! Fast wifi and easy self-check in. Loved it!"

"We enjoyed our time and the stay with Kasa was great! Our room was a studio, very clean, and fairly new! Right next door was Whole Foods, so having a kitchenette was terrific! Mostly we ate out, very good restaurants very close (Milk & Honey for brunch is exceptional! 10 minute walk) Downtown honkytonks were an easy 6-8 block walk, so much to see and do! Were a little concerned about not having a room when we arrived (arrived after 9:00 pm at night) but directions and room keys were easily followed. Contact with Kasa was very quick, within minutes of a text! Other folks we encountered in the building were friendly, building itself is very clean, and I think most are permanent residents. We did not use the pool as it was middle of November and there is a bit of street vehicular noise which didn't bother us. Pleasant stay, will return!"

"Absolutely loved our stay at Kasa The Gulch Nashville. The apartment was amazing, so clean, an extremely comfy bed, all the amenities we needed for a week stay. The location is great, walking distance to the main part of Broadway, and lots of restaurants close by in The Gulch."

"The space was beautiful and views of the skyline and city were amazing! The Check in and Out-process was very detailed with pics and written instructions that made it very easy. I called customer service with a few questions and they answered quickly and with KINDNESS! Our unit was clean and stocked with linens and soaps and kitchen wares. I really appreciated the text I received asking if I needed a late check out or to extend the stay if needed. That was something most hosts do not offer! Will absolutely stay here again!"

"The registration and check process was so easy. The apartment was perfect and exactly what we needed at an excellent price. The location was great since it was walking distance to music row however the gulch had great places to eat and drink."
