"This hotel was an ok price for a weekend, but could not sleep to save my life. The walls are paper thin, so good luck if you are a light sleeper. I usually sleep through anything but a slightly talkative neighbor will feel like you’re right in your ear. Not comfortable. I joked with our Lyft driver that his car was more comfortable than our whole stay."

"Fitness center was closed due to maintenance, but door was propped open. The fitness room is open normally to the pool area so there was a huge amount of water on the ceiling and floor in that room. There was also black mold growing on the walls in the open fitness room and all of the equipment was rusted. The pool water was not heated and rather cold even though it was indoors. The drop ceiling in the pool was low and rusted in places. On a positive note - the breakfast had a good variety and excellent service. Just don't expect to use their facilities - I stayed here within the last week."

"Worth every single penny I paid. Stayed there few days ago and I love the service at the front desk. Guy named Jesse showed a huge amount of hospitality with a good smile conversation. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is amazing. Thank you so much. I will definitely stay there again when I travel this way!!!!!!"

"Front Desk clerks are all Super Friendly & Helpful. I stay here once or twice a month. Breakfast is Always AWESOME lots of options and everything is Good. Love the Beds & Pillows. Not a Bad thing to say. Great Clean Place to stay right off the Interstate. I will continue to stay here anytime I travel to Nashville."

"Our room was basically a construction zone. The mirror was smashed, and the carpet was slightly ripped up with exposed staples that I stepped on. The bathroom door did not close or lock. There were orange stains on the bed and toilet paper stuffed inside the door (see pictures). The window was leaking on the inside when it rained. When I complained, I was told there were no other rooms available so they could not do anything about it. I asked for a refund for the rest of my stay so I could stay elsewhere, and I was told no. I connected with the manager, who said he would discount my stay. I was satisfied with that resolution so I stayed the rest of my nights. On my last night, they knocked on my door and told me I needed to pay for that night. I apologized and said I must have made a mistake when booking the hotel. I told him I’d meet him downstairs. I then checked my receipt. Seeing that I did not make a mistake, found the guy in the hallway and showed him that I did in fact pay for that night and should be good. The man insisted that I was wrong that I needed to pay for another night and that he would meet me downstairs. I met him downstairs where he discovered he was wrong and I was all good. After coming back to my hotel room later that day. My room key no longer worked. I had to reactivate it because they had locked me out. At check out, no one knew anything about a discount so I followed up with the manager who said he would call me back later that day. I will follow up with him again since it has been over 24 hours with no callback. I didn’t get pictures of everything but included some of what I mention above."
