"Housekeeping came to my room and woke me up from dead sleep and demanded me and my family to leave the room so they could clean the room they didn't ask nicely they were unprofessional I will never stay here again."

"Just tried to get a room at 4 in the morning. Apparently it's an inconvenience to wake up the lady at the front desk for a room when we are traveling across the country. Reserved a room somewhere else in town and their doors were locked. Guess Nashville hotels can't be bothered in the middle of the night. Can't even do their jobs. This is ridiculous."

"NOT RECOMMENDED!!! By far the worst place I've ever stayed. I've heard of country jails that are better then this place. It's near the airport so you hear airplanes take off and it's loud, if you are a light sleeper don't plan to get any, and bring something to keep you entertained since there is No internet, over half the cable channel had static so loud couldn't even hear the show. Pool wasn't open, and by the looks hadn't been in years. Was dirty, no hand towels or wash rags. No breakfast, No coffee not even at front desk. Could see daylight from under the door, soda can and what appeared to be underwear under bed, mini fridge rocked and didn't even get cold. Almost will bet that the pillows are blown up with air and deflate at night. Made the mistake and let my "blond" sister book the hotel. Otherwise I would have read reviews and steered clear of this dump. Any review over 1 star is a lie."

"Room wasn't properly cleaned, bathroom was dirty,also got there to check in and to leave and event was cancelled so I went back to ask for a refund and stated concerns of cleanliness before hand,owner wouldn't give a refund nor a different one(considering we weren't staying)take about a waste of money"

"Do Not Stay Here! My parents rented a room here while on the road trip. They made it into the room and my dad sat down on a chair which was broken , it fell apart under him and severely injured him. The front desk staff would not call for help, my parents ended up in the ER for 6 hours, with a broken bone. To make matters worse the hotel wouldn’t even refund their stay even though they were there for less than 5 minutes. To make matters worse the non smoking room they booked reeked of smoke."
