"THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!! My fiancé and I booked a room here through Priceline.. it was cheap and we had no plans to stay in the hotel very much during our trip.. we got into town about 10:30 Friday night and the lobby was locked blinds were pulled and there was sign on the door after hours check in to call the number posted so we did a gentleman got my name and said he would have someone come to door to get us checked in.. we waited 30 mins and no one came to the the door so we got back into the car and I called Priceline to cancel and get a refund cause we had to find another hotel at 11:00 PM. Priceline called the hotel and the person working (Stanley) told her that we were not there for him to check us in! Priceline then told us we would have to reach out to the hotel to get a refund.. the hotel told us we have to get with Priceline for the hotel.. It’s a mess I spent most of my time calling Priceline and the Hotel.. still have not gotten my refund!! VERY UNHAPPY with both Priceline and the hotel. Do not recommend this place at all.. The outside was very very scary. I would have been afraid to even leave my dog there! I will be calling Monday to speak with management and who ever else to get this resolved. Please DO NOT STAY HERE!!"

"Great place to stay on a budget if you don't mind it being a little dirty. Close to my work. I had to immediately move out due to tornado damage on my home in Clarksville and it was the cheapest place around for a 2 month stay with my cat. Staff was kind to me during all my visits. No dishes/cookware, but that is mentioned on the site. Room has roaches and hot water only works sometimes. Fridge and TV great tho! Laundry is available on site! Just grateful to have a roof over my head for my family!"

"I did not stay here BECAUSE of the reviews that I'm glad I read! Thank GOD for reviews! What I don't understand, Hotel Management, is why do you keep apologizing for such bad service and just do something about it?! When you don't meet your the standards, you compensate. You make good on your advertising. If not you return money that the guest paid and didn't end up using for such bad accommodations. Thats it. All I see in reviews is Apologies and nothing done to fix it. Complaints after Complaints. I pray every one reads these BEFORE deciding to book here."

"The room numbers are so small they cannot be read from your car in the parking lot, so one of us had to get out of the car and walk closer to find the room. The room smelled like a gas station bathroom - cheap cleaning supplies and urine cakes. One corner by the bed smelled like actual urine. The floor was streaked and sticky and when we took a wet wipe to it, it came up black. The countertops in the kitchen and bathroom had cigarette stains. The washcloth bar in the shower was broken in half. The floor molding behind the toilet was peeling off the wall. There were dark stains splashed on the wall under the sink. The bathroom door was cracked where the hinges attach and the hinges on the top and bottom were coming loose. We had to pick the door up in order to close it. There were no cups, dishes, silverware, or cookware. According to the Extended Stay America ad on the TV load screen, those items were available for free at the front desk. According to the key card holder, those items were available for a fee at the front desk. They were divided into two packages, one for dishes and one for cookware. The dish package included one bowl, one cup, and one set of silverware, so presumably, if you have two people in the room, you have to purchase two sets. They are only available during business hours, so if you check in late, you have to wait until the next day. There was no coffee or coffee maker in the room. There was one bar of soap and no other amenities like shampoo or lotion. There were no kitchen cleaning supplies. There were no kitchen dish cloths, hand towels, or pot holders. There were two towels, two washcloths, and a floor towel in the bathroom. The bed had three pillows. When we asked for an extra washcloth, towel, and pillow at the front desk, we were told there were no more pillows and were given an extra towel and floor towel. The mattress was lumpy and domed in the middle, so it sloped toward the sides. The mattress was wrapped in a zippered cover that we didn’t open. The bottom of the box spring was stained brown. There was no closed captioning on the TV. The refrigerator had a digital temperature display bar. When we arrived, it was set on the center setting and by morning, our milk was about half full of ice crystals. We turned the temperature up to the highest setting, which was 43 degrees for the refrigerator and by that evening, our milk was almost frozen solid. None of the settings seemed to make any difference and everything remained frozen for our stay. There were two spiders, two earwigs and a pill bug in the room. If the Google reviews had not indicated they refuse to issue refunds for any reason, we would have left and stayed elsewhere."

"The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I was glad I had my own dishes and cutlery as absolutely nothing was provided. I was very dismayed to find in the morning that although the refrigerator had been running all night it was not cooling and my food was spoiled. Management responded courteously and I was satisfied with the resolution. I would definitely stay here again."
