"The room was dirty, but I didn't realize it cause my flight came in late and I went right to sleep to leave 1st thing in morning ro drive to KY. Garbage in cans piled to top from guests before Made me feel sick when I saw it in the morning Complained to desk clerk and she gave me 5000 points the room was 25000 points They should have credited me whole one night stay, especially since I am a Bonvoy Gold member"

"Had a group come into Nashville for a meeting. The rooms were so run down that they wanted to check out early and stay somewhere else. They were told they would have to pay for the additional night even if they checked out early since it was booked as such. I would not recommend. The Hilton nearby had been my recommendation to them and continues to be the hotel I prefer near the airport."

"It's not bad. However, there were 2 bugs in my room when I arrived. The place is very spacious and it's built like an apartment. Laundry charges $7 per washer and dryer even though it says it's $2 and the shower floor was bumby. Overall it's not a bad place to stay but I didnt feel safe here. Plus I could hear the person on the second floor walking around."

"The rooms are a little dated (80s vibes) and there is a wood fireplace you cannot use, but everything was exceptionally clean and brand new SS appliances. Large open rooms which I love. The people who work here were excellent and when 5 people all showed up at the same time to check in they called extra people to help get everyone checked in very quickly"

"Longtime Marriott Guests, so I can’t ignore speaking to this property’s current condition: Very helpful and courteous staff. But, the property is worn and dated. The carpets are dark and dirty; our room was not vacuumed. We entered and saw bits of food and grass. The property in the shape that other Marriott properties have been when they got bought out by another group. It’s time; but perhaps the asking price is too high in lieu of Nashville and BNA’s growth? Either way, time to do something to get these rooms into the 21st century."
