"Slow service Got to my room to my room unpacked to find no lights in bathroom, I called the front desk the gentleman who answered stated he would check into my bathroom light not working. He did nothing. They would barely understand or speak English. To top it off I get to my truck in morning to find a person parked inches next to my truck. No shower for me and then had to climb through passenger side to enter my truck. Im miserable and have to drive 10 hours. Oh, the smeel is horrible, its the cleaning chemicals they use."

"I stayed at the Hampton in Hickory Hollow on I-24. So far this is one of the best Hampton inn second to the one in downtown Nashville area. This Hampton inn has great service, the price was reasonable and the employees are very friendly, courteous and professional. The front desk representative were very nice especially Vicky who went beyond to make the clients feel at home. The kitchen and the housekeepers were very friendly and professional. This is a good clean hotel in the outcast of downtown to stay at. I give them 100%."

"The room is old and has a bad smell. The fridge makes noise at night, and the shower takes some time to heat up and won't stop dripping. The place feels like a cheap motel and is not up to Hilton standards. The lobby and breakfast area have a strong smell of body deodorant. Not a safe area either, car break-in seems to happen often in the area, good thing it didn’t happen to our car. This is the worst Hampton I've ever stayed in. So glad I only had to spend one night here."

"Decided to take a last minute trip to Nashville & chose this hotel because it had a lot of great reviews. The location is somewhat convenient but in the cut. The staff wasn't friendly or unfriendly. The room smelt bad, almost like cigarettes. Some of the lights didn’t work, and there were dirty towels we couldn’t use. This isn’t the worst hotel experience I’ve had, but also not the best."
