My boyfriend had left his wallet after checking out, and upon returning to find it, the management and maintenance helped us instantly. we always have an amazing time at Sonder, but this will always be the highlight of our stay."

"It’s located in Germantown which is a very gentrified part of Nashville but safe and very unique! Had no problem getting the free street parking right infront of the building. There’s access codes at the door and to your room so it’s very safe. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE with good bedding and pillows. The full size fridge and microwave were handy. So much cheaper than a hotel in Nashville. Very cute studio. My only complaint is that they used cheap paint and there is black marks all over the walls. The entire inside of the building needs repainted with a quality paint. Also our toilet paper holder wasn’t even fixed to the wall and would fall off when you tried to get some. A couple of the door handles weren’t tight and kind of out of square. Nothing a maintenance man and a screwdriver couldn’t fix."

"Stayed here for 9 days and was very impressed. The location was close to several must see venues. The room is exactly as pictured online and comes with a full kitchen that includes all the dishes, utensils and pans needed to be as creative as you want. I appreciated the tea kettle, coffee pot and fully stocked resources to enjoy both. Parking was free and plentiful directly in front of the entrance. The bed and pull out couch were both comfortable for adults with plenty of pillows and cozy bedding. It was also nice to be able to do my laundry the night before we left for free so none needed to be done at home. I loved the amenities closet that had everything we needed for the whole stay. The rooms had great sound proofing and we didn't hear anyone in the hall, next door or outside. I used the over head stove hood to create white noisy as I'm used to sleeping with a fan and it worked well. The only thing that was lacking was a bigger coffee cup. I'm from Texas and a big cup is a must. The one provided gave about a 1/2 cup serving. I would highly recommend this location to anyone!"

"I really liked this compared to a traditional hotel. If you aren't a self sufficient person it might not be for you. The Sonder app made check in easy (I recommend booking directly through Sonder, not a 3rd party). Received the building and room codes when I was supposed to. Rooms were nice and modern. Grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. Short Uber drive to downtown areas."
