"I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, we encountered several issues during our stay. The air conditioning in the common areas, including the hallways, was not functioning, making it uncomfortably hot to use the shared spaces or take group photos. Additionally, the unit was not properly cleaned, as we discovered confetti and signs of a prior party. To make matters worse, we found eyelashes in the bed and scattered on the floor. On one night, we had to involve the police due to incessant banging on a neighboring door from 1 am to 7 am, and even after their intervention around 3:30 am, the noise persisted. There was another distressing incident involving a man, whom we suspect to be affiliated with the hotel across the street, who harassed and blocked us from entering the building. These experiences left us deeply concerned. The cleaning fee is excessive for all that is asked of us to do before leaving as well as the $50 per hour fee for early or late checkout. The unit is very trendy and cute, just like the photos."
