"302 is an amazing room! Huge balcony, huge windows, tall ceilings, I wouldn't mind living there."
"Our group stayed in the whiskey room. It was more spacious then we expected. The rooftop balcony was private and relaxing. Equipped with two lounge chairs and a small couch. There are no elevators so take that into account if you'll be staying in this room because it is on the 3rd floor. The outside areas were so relaxing and quite. So many places to get some great IG pics! The bar and all was closed so we didn't get to experience that. Maybe next time! Definitely will be back to stay again!"
"My husband and I stayed in the champagne suite on our wedding night here and loved this room! Incredibly spacious and we loved having our coffee and breakfast out on the patio in the morning. Our coffee pot didn’t work so we just grabbed coffee next door. There’s no staff in the evenings and earlier mornings so just note that going into your stay! Self check in was super easy!"
"Underwhelming. The room felt bare and unintentional. Zero thoughtful touches. They were out of conditioner in the shower. The water pressure was terrible. There were cob webs all over the walls. The staff was unaccommodating. We stayed here for our anniversary and there was zero effort put forth to make us feel special at all. We visited several places in Nashville over our stay and each place was so sweet about our anniversary offering complimentary drinks and sweet comments. When booking a boutique hotel you’d hope the staff would go above and beyond and this was not the case. Bare minimum effort given by every staff member and the cleaning crew. This place is not worth the price. I’m a local east Nashville resident and I will be steering all of my friends away from this property. What a shame. I am only giving 2 stars instead of one because the location is great. Y’all need to up your game. A few tips: buy enough robes for all of your rooms, put in a clock and a way to listen to music, advise your cleaning staff to make sure all toiletries are refilled (this is very basic hotel etiquette 101), encourage your staff to put the customer first and ask “how can we make this right or make your stay more comfortable”."
"Wife and I stayed in the whiskey room. It was incredibly spacious, had super cool decor, and just a great fresh place to stay. It's our first boutique hotel and I have to admit, it's so much better than chain hotels. Balconies, roof top lounges, just plenty of places to rest and enjoy the outdoors. We loved it. Just know there are no elevators so be ready for stairs especially if you are on floor 3."
