"This hotel exceeded expectations. The location is convenient to everything we wanted to do and see. The atmosphere is top tier. Clean, serene and inviting for both relaxing and entertaining. Theo and Starr provided excellent service for us during our stay. Everyone on staff was extremely friendly and helpful."

"What can I say besides a total let down. From the start we arrived early and it was a long shot to get the room. We were told our room would be ready in 1-1.5 hours so we went for a walk and breakfast. Came back room was not ready. When we finally were told the room was ready, we had to wait for the rooms manager to inspect it . That took another 30 minutes. Once inspected we got the room and let me tell you it was disgusting. Finger nails on the floor , hair on the sofa , urine in the toilet. completely unacceptable. The host down stairs was rude and didn’t care that we were upset. Once we checked out the next day and canceled the remaining time we were meant to stay I asked to see our room charges because the bill didn’t add up. I found extra hidden charges and they said I couldn’t see the bill. The manager came and took off the things I said didn’t make sense. He knew it was wrong and didn’t even argue with me on them. For this being a 1 hotel I can’t say how disappointed I am. I would never stay here again and I’m sure for the money you can find any other hotel to stay at as this is a best western caliber hotel at best."

"Rooms have no privacy. Trendy but not functional. Sliding doors for the toilets. Partially see through glass. Service was a bit of a nightmare. Calling in gives you a phone tree that routes all over the place. Good luck finding someone who can actually help you. Booked this place because it falls under the AMEX Fine Hotels & Resorts with added perks. Didn't see that reflected in our invoice. Absolute nightmare and time suck trying to sort it out. Location is the one pro. Walkable to most places. Bottom line - there are better places to stay in Nashville for the prices they're charging."

"I wanted to love this hotel, because I love the concept. Pros: eco friendly, amazingly comfortable bed, great location, fast maintenance service late at night to fix the shower head. Cons: They should advertise that there is basically no privacy inside the room - the shower and toilet are in glass enclosures which can be uncomfortable for more private folks traveling together; there is no access to hot water for tea in the room, and a pot of hot water costs $3; and the over easy fried eggs were not even really cooked - egg whites were completely liquid."
