"Positives : This is a newer hotel with beautifully decorated rooms and lobby . Very clean and modern . Check in staff ( except the breakfast lady ) were friendly and helpful . Pet friendly and a 20 minute walk to downtown . Reasonably priced hotel . Comfy beds !!!!Check in was fast , friendly and efficient . :) Breakfast was free but typical. Negatives : Valet parking only and was a rediculous price of $42 . For us Canadians add another .40cents on the dollar and that hurt. Both valet staff that we dealt with were very nice and I commend them on making us feel at ease when they drove our car away :) not an easy task when you live 20 hours away in another country . Pet friendly but it was $40 a night !!!! We have been travelling the USA for a month now and the most we have paid for our dog is $15 a night . So between the dog and parking our reasonably priced night was busted ! Rooms are not very sound proof . There was a verbal fight between a couple in the hallway that lasted on and off again between 2-4am . We tried calling the lobby but there is no one there. We were not prepared to say anything to the people fighting as any American can carry a gun and I would rather loose sleep than get shot . We talked to another couple on the same floor the next morning and they were terrified and blocked their door with a chair just in case . I understand that the hotel can not forecast how patrons interact but there was no one to call for help in the hotel . I feel that someone should be available in person downstairs for these type of situations . There is a lot of construction surrounding this entire hotel and it is what it is , however perhaps that should be noted on the website so people who want to sleep in past 6am or are on a holiday have a choice as to whether the noise will upset them or not . The breakfast lady was quite snarky with me this morning as I was pouring a coffee with my very well behaved dog sitting down on a leash saying “ get your dog away from the food “ . The food was not in front of me and it was very high up on a bar . The breakfast is in the front lobby where everyone walks by and not in a separate room ( which I would not have taken her in if it was ) just saying but my dog is likely cleaner than all the people touching or coughing on all the food. I am rating this hotel only a three based on the valet parking and pet cost as well as the lack of someone to respond to a safety issue at night . It’s not the hotels fault about the construction and it’s going to be awhile for that but people need to be aware so they are not mad when they are woken up by noise outside . It is a lovely hotel and hope some of the issues can be addressed so it can be rated the 5 it deserves ."
"This hotel is a nice modern and up to date boutique hotel in Nashville which i enjoyed the decor. The hotel is located a nice safe neighborhood and provides excellent location to all Nashville attractions. The staff are quite knowledgeable and friendly of the town and its great activities it has to offer. As a kind suggestion the breakfast can use some work such as providing more fresh fruit, an array of cereal, and oatmeal's."
"Very disappointed in my overall experience here! First of all, you pay $50 a night as a deposit, I’ve stayed elsewhere and you only pay $100 for your whole stay, no matter how long! Secondly, we had no cold water on our room our whole stay, it’s not pleasant brushing your teeth with boiling hot water! The two biggest issues I have with this place though , is the breakfast, which is an absolute disgrace considering the amount they are charging for the rooms!! (Cold boiled eggs, juice and cereal bars???????) and also the consistent noise from the work going on outside on new buildings. The Jackhammer is consistently working all day from 9am. The staff are pleasant and seem to be happy, but overall i would not stay here again and would not recommend to others. Too expensive for what you actually experience. Also he aware of the $45 a night parking!!!!"
"The property was great considering it was an off-brand, off-chain property but with that comes with fees. At the time of this post, it is $42/night to valet park, which interesting enough, it was $42/night for me to drive it to a nearby parking garage. I was able to find parking right beside the hotel at $20/night. For late check out, they charge for that as well. The bar is great, and the bartender (Maxwell) went above when interacting with customers. Can’t remember the prices but I’d say it would be at or below what you would expect to pay at a hotel bar. There is construction going on in every direction from the hotel, to include right beside it. If you’re one that wants to sleep past 10-11am, this would not be a good location."
"This place is very impressive. The modern design really suits my taste. The bed is very comfortable. Kitchen appliances is complete, we are free to cook whatever what we want. We tend to stay here more than roaming outside. This hotel is good place to stay in. I would like to recommend this one."
