Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Downtown

"Awful customer service. Front desk is extremely rude. Reserved a king room 6 weeks in advance, we were given a room with 2 doubles upon arrival with no apology and told they “don’t guarantee the rooms” despite being booked over a month in advance through their app. Have never had that experience at any other hotel, Marriott or otherwise, unacceptable."

"Made appointment over the phone on Saturday night # 76913289 Called to confirm availability got the confirmation of availability took a Uber to hotel location waited outside to be screen in for 10 mins nobody was available at door than waited another 30 due to a outdated system just to rudely my the young lady working the counter be told that in fact they couldn’t give us a room because she couldn’t find it and that we could cancel but there was nothing eles they could do. Bad customer service big waste of time. Book another hotel."

"I will not stay here again. It's purely about my personal comfort. You cannot set the thermostat lower than 68, the fan doesn't operate independently of the heat/ac so if it's cool outside it never turns on. No air movement except your bodily winds and subtle snoring. Like sleeping in an armpit. Otherwise, a great place."

"My one and only complaint the temperature of our room was set to 70° and would not go any lower. I'm at 67°\68° person year round. I felt like I was suffocating. Other than that everything was exceptional."

"We have stayed here twice for visits to Nashville. The location is excellent! As with most Marriott locations, the rooms and the hotel itself was clean and comfortable. This hotel is a little dated in that it had the old style bathtub in our room and not much places to hang towels and whatnot. The gym was well equipped but the TVs did not work on the elliptical that I was on. No big deal really. Overall we really like staying at this hotel."
