InTown Suites Extended Stay Nashville TN - Madison

"I live here going on 8 months, so I have one of the better rooms. My room has no carpet, which is a plus, considering you can have pets here. The housekeeping is polite and available M-Sat. I also like the GM here. He does try to help in most ways he can. I like the fact taxes drop off your rent the first 30 days and again in 90 days. However, I think every 90 days you're here with no problems or complaints, you should get a week free rent. Also, I think they REALLY need security inside the building and outside because of the homeless and random people that just come in here and live their best lives in the hallways for free and the people who live out in the parking lot for free not being a resident and the laundry facility definitely needs an upgrade and drink and snack machines would be a plus. Other than that, I believe it's the cheapest place to stay in a monthly total instead of an apartment with a security deposit, and they REALLY need a designated area outside for pets to use the bathroom and pets bags to pick up after them. That part about the pets and their poop is DEFINITELY a must."

"It's a great place to be if you can't get an apartment or another option. I feel safe over all, however recomend kinda keep in to your self. The staff and even most neighbors are kind. They only do by the week, or month. But other than that it's an alright place. I rent a small room for 421$/w but it goes down after thirty days"

"office stays close over 60% of the time and the after hours phone will not pick up no matter what so dont forget or lose or damage the key to your room or you will not be able to get in and on top of all the damage in and out of that place they still charge like its top teir"

"At one time I would have said a friendly staff, nice rooms with one problem but I'm sure staff will correct. But since initial review we have had a theft of a wallet from our room with hundreds of dollars in it. We believe it was a staff member and nothing was done. They checked us out and we had never been late and had been staying there since March so 7 or 8 months. So we had to start paying all taxes again. Would not recommend to anyone if this is how their "values' long term guests are."
