"I waited until I'd been here for awhile before I made up my mind. I really like it. It took me a little to get used to being this far up in the city. My apt is great. I love having a dishwasher, microwave and a laundry room downstairs. The only thing I really hatenis the speakers in each apt used to make daily helpful announcements-it is so damn loud it gives me a headache! It makes me jump right out of my skin if I am sleeping and they make an announcement. Avis and Alisa are very friendly and helpful. All my neighbors are sweet."

"This is a very nice area to live in this apartment is nice and cozy and management is very helpful i just moved in today and i love it already and i think Avis the property manager is very nice and very helpful when it comes to your needs and ive only met her twice i can't speak about the future i just hope things stay that way and me and Counsel Tower will get alone just fine"
