"I wouldn’t recommend no one to tour or live here, unless you want to deal with unprofessional, lack of customer service from the new employee in office. I truly miss the old staff. Please read reviews. It’s better lofts than Majestic Stove Lofts. Ask a simple question and got an attitude in return. P.S. That’s not how I sign my initials I’m steady telling the person in office I didn’t do that. I’m not slow. I know what I sign and didn’t sign. I see why they got bad reviews"

"Lived here for three years. Ill start with pros! The folks in the office and maintenance staff- phenomenal, friendly, personable. My favorite part of living there and the biggest redeeming trait of majestic. They were always helpful and had not a bad experience with them. The owner was a bit abrasive, I heard bad things from other residents about him. I never had too much of an issue. Building itself- not so fabulous. First of all, crime in the area is nuts. I never felt safe living there. This got worse as time went on and through the pandemic. Gun shots heard at night, buildings burning down around them. Just not an ideal location. Walls were paper thin- you will hear your neighbors cough, talk, walk and use the restroom. It’s uncomfortable and people complain because of it. Units were gorgeous but appliances dated and somewhat ineffective. They’re updating units so this won’t be an issue I imagine for new renters. Just get an updated unit. Storage lockers in the basement are often robbed. Management has installed cameras to help, but I lost hundreds of dollars worth of property. The office refunded my rental space deposit for a year in an attempt to make up for this, which was appreciated!! Overall, I don’t regret my time there, but there are probably better options. This is an honest review, which I hope management values. My message to them- please keep treating your employees well, they’re your biggest asset. Maybe invest in some sound proofing and increased security measures."

"Beautiful lofts but they don't hold up their end when it comes to maintaining the lofts or lot. The "gated" parking you pay for is a joke, as the gate has broken for days at a time multiple times in the 8 months I lived here. Also, they don't maintain the walk in gate so it doesn't close all the way unless pushed shut, allowing anyone to walk in. I have had malfunctioning lights and fan since my move in that they basically shrug and say there is nothing they can do, and this is in a renovated unit. I was robbed while living here and my car was also broken into. Move here at your own risk. For the price you pay, it isn't worth it. Read your lease carefully, as they add fees but don't tell you about them up front."

"I've lived in MSL for about 18 months now and I absolutely love it! Jamie and Bob (the owners) are always responsive and attentive. Jamie is a sweetheart and takes pride in getting to know the residents. The staff is friendly and maintenance staff takes care of problems within 1-2 days. They send a text when you have packages in the office, they schedule meet & greet barbecues so that we can get to know our neighbors, and they always keep us informed of any issues in the building or just news regarding the downtown community. The cost is FANTASTIC for the value that you get. Beautiful and spacious lofts, gated parking, and one of the best fitness centers for residents in the area. They are always updating and keep the property nice and well kept without having to raise your rent. I've been paying the same rent amount for almost two years now. Its located on Washington Ave but slightly removed from the hustle and bustle so its great for those who want to live downtown but without the traffic and noise. After next year, I'll probably be ready to purchase a home but I strongly recommend MSL for anyone looking to experience the best of downtown living."

"My experience at Majestic Stove Lofts have been nothing but positive. The staff is so responsive to my needs and has been from the moment I moved in. I had a couple of minor repairs which were fixed in 2 days. Every time I call the office, I leave a message and the staff responds by email of phone. I have recommended the property to two of my friends and they have both moved in and enjoy it. The workout/ fitness center is one of the best I have used at any apartment I have lived in. The only downside is parking - the complex has no guest parking and my friends need to park on the street. Finally there units are really inexpensive compared to what is in the neighborhood. Move here and you won’t regret it."
