Management works hard ro keep the property looking good and the residents satisfied. I have never seen a bedbug, a roach or any critters. We are conveniently located and right on 2 major bus stops."

"Ive been here for a while. An the apartment is great. Its not about where you stay its about what inpact you cause when your there. No issues from them fixing anything if its a problem with the apartment they will fix asap. As for as the whole building goes some things are out of management hands. Grrat staff an great leasing office. Love the people there"

"Everytime that i have visited this building its always has been pleasant....the manager is very nice an helpful. She always smiling and goes above and beyond. The maintenance staff is friendly and always courteous! The rent is reasonable and the building is well keep. The only drawback is the residents guests sometimes trash the building on the weekend when no staff is there to clean up! If ur looking for an affordable and decent place to live this is the one!"
