"This is an ok place to live. This street is mostly safe to walk during the day. At night time i recommend traveling by car with the doors locked if you intend to loiter at stop signs or traffic signals, mingle with the natives and absolutely have to ask for directions. I would suggest using these precautions: a) lock all doors, b) (for non felons only) keep a loaded large caliber, shiny handgun in a conspicuos location. Preferably in reach and in full view below the dash and window line. Never above the dashboard or window line because this will only provoke the boys in blue. Lastely c) when communicating verbally, leave it in drive or reverse, only roll One window down about 4 inches. This will allow you to safely verbally communicate while giving you the safe option of quickly rolling it up (on unwanted peeps limbs trying to violate your personal space. If this occurs and you must roll up the window do not forget to crush the gas pedal while simotaneously rolling it up."

"Worst experience EVER. I barely made a year. If I didn't want bad rental history I would've left in the middle of my lease. The walls are a super thin and you can hear every single thing. People talking, laughing, even coughing. Nothing goes unheard. The wall unit sucks. It barely blows air and you can't feel in the the other room. If I could rate it 0 I would but I wouldn't be able to maker a comment. Ever since new management came aboard it has only got worse. DON'T EVER MOVE HERE. They get nothing done, and they are never in the office even during regular business hours they say on the site."

"This is a quiet community. Kid and pet friendly. Has 24 hour maintenance available. On site Management. I have lived in this community for one year and absolutely love how close to transportation, and the Soulard Area."
