"The leasing office manager Teresa incredibly unprofessional. She is undeniably disrespectful, belligerent, racist and xenophobic. This review is not a reflection on the condition of the apartments but whom they chose to hire to represent Beau Jardin. I dont know how she has a job there let alone anywhere based on my interaction with her and what I've unfortunately heard from many others. I feel that it would be in the best interest of everyone in the Beau Jardin community if this was addressed as soon as possible, I implore her superior(s) to please review footage on February 9th in the time frame of 2:00-3:00 pm. When she is removed from this position I am sure that the neighborhood will thrive again."

"I have lived here in Beau Jardin for several years now along with my best friend Mutzie . She has lived here for more than 2 decades. It's more than 15 years ago when I started cleaning for Mutzie every other Monday for years and years as she got older she started having me come in more often. I asked her once why she didn't have a home and her response to me was ( I am at home! Beau Jardin is MY HOME.) I told her years ago when the time comes I would move in with her so she would never have to leave her HOME. The staff here from Management to Maintenance is the very best. So professional and will and have gone to great lengths to help not only Mutzie n Me but all the residents here. The complex is well kept the landscaping is beautiful and every night single people, couples and families are out walking n enjoying the dog park, swimming pool, tennis courts. If ever you have a problem with anything maintenance is on top of it . The Management here go above and beyond to fix any issues you may have . They make you feel important and special. To ALL the employees at Beau Jardin THANK YOU FOR ALL U DO! MUTZIE N ANNIE"

"It's been two years I'm living here. Very nice, caring and helpful management! Few maintenance needed, and they took care of those nicely. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe and quiet. No bugs, no molds, and good facilities. There are some community events run by management time to time which is cute. I really like this place and recommend it."
