Waterfront Apartments Quad Cities

"I have lived in the waterfront apartments for about 3 years now. I love it here! I love that they have a lot of grassy area outside for the pets to potty / walk around. I also think the volley ball sand area is super cool, they also have games you can play outside in the mailbox office inside. I like that you can’t access the mailbox room without a key, the apartments are also set up to where you can’t get in unless you have key to that room. I love that they have coffee ready to be made (keurig) and it is always pretty clean too. I love the gym they have here as well, always super clean and they have products to clean up with in there. The maintenance is always up to date, elevator is always super clean, honestly the whole complex is clean! And sometimes they have events like food trucks and games and stuff and it brings all the residents together :) 5 stars for sure!! Really have no complaints!!! Really gonna miss this place when my path takes a different turn and am no longer here!"

Centrally located in the Quad Cities, near the new I-74 bridge on Moline’s River Drive. Absolutely on the banks of the Mississippi River, just steps away from the walking/biking trails of Ben Butterworth Parkway, the Cannel Cat Water Taxi and Celebration Belle. Waterfront has plenty of off-street parking and an elevator to save on steps. The building is quiet, pet friendly and the people are too.. "For the past few months my time at the water front apartment has been pretty good, it's close to my school, there are two restaurants near by and above that there is even gym down stairs. Overall, it's a wonderful place to live and words alone cannot express how safe the environment is...you have to gain the experience yourself ...trust me!"
