"Apparently when you call and tell them that you do not need your room anymore, they still end up charging you for the room anyway. I called them on February 6th, and I did hold a room. But I called and I said I did not need it anymore and I told them my name. And I suddenly get a charge on my debit card 3 days later? This is the worst hotel. I would never recommend even booking a room here. Don't do it unless you like random charges on your card if you cancel your room. They just told me they charged me because I didn't follow their one day cancelation policy that they told me nothing about over the phone when I told them I wanted to cancel."

"The wind in window was so windy that the curtain moved we asked for more blankets since all that was on the bed was 3 sheets. They said they had none. So we have to sleep with 2 layers of everything on and our winter coats. Plus there was a outlet eirh exposed wires right by the bed with the light plugged into it. Then they advertised there was a pool and we got there and it was completely drained so no pool. Thank God the granddaughters couldn't come or we would of had to deal with a melt down."

"No pool !!! looks like it has not been in service for a while. Breakfest was terrible !! out of just about everything, our room on third floor was leaning so bad the furniture was slanting in and huge crack in the wall, stains on most of the sheets and blankets. We will never be going back."

"Breakfast was disappointing - white bread, mini muffins, cereal, and waffles. Staff offered friendly service. Room had a dirty wet towel left in the shower but other than that seemed clean. No frills - no hand towels/washcloths, no sugar or creamer or stir sticks or tea in the room. Two of the lamps had burnt out bulbs. Best part was the 24hr 7-11 in the parking lot"
