"My family has stayed here twice, both times for bmx events at the local East moline track. The hotel is pet friendly in most every way, and relatively clean, the bathrooms need updating, you have a 50/50 shot at getting a good shower"

"We stayed in room 216 Labor Day weekend for 2 nights. We were in town to visit our family. Dirty room. For a 3-star hotel, I was disappointed. Hair everywhere in the bathroom, tub, floor. Dirty walls. Kitchenette was clean. Too much $$ for a room that was not clean. I took pictures in case my words are disputed. Nice breakfast. I loved the oatmeal. There was a card that said Paige was the housekeeper. They brought plenty of clean towels when we requested them. That was nice. Used towels were left in room. The light switch on the right side of the bed was sticky! I cleaned it myself, and I hoped that my kids (4 and 7) hadn't touched the light before me when I was busy. Comfortable bed and wonderful pillows. I even tried to find a tag to see what brand they were in hopes we could purchase our own. It took a very long time to get hot water so my kids had to take lukewarm baths. That is tolerable for me but but we expected better. The dirty room was a shock. (Please see photos)"

"Nice enough hotel, conveniently located within walking distance of casual restaurants (Steak n Shake, Chipotle, Panera), Lowes, and Wal-Mart. There's a pool, workout room, laundry room, and a cute patio with a fire pit where we sat and ate ice cream. The room itself was nothing to write home about (one doesn't expect a dog-friendly room to be pristine), but was clean and furnished with everything we needed: refrigerator, dishwasher, plates and cups, silverware. There was even a handy vegetable peeler. But what stood out most was the excellent customer service: everyone I spoke to, from the front desk to the cleaning staff, was incredibly helpful and friendly: they offered Milkbones and pets to our dogs, helped out quickly when one of the dryers in the laundry room stopped working, and recommended favorite nearby pizza joints (the woman I spoke to endorsed Happy Joe's Pizza and it was tasty). I also greatly appreciated the vegetarian and vegan-friendly free breakfast: there were the standard trays of eggs and potatoes, but they had a full pan of soy vegetarian sausage (!), plus oatmeal, pastries, waffles, various cold cereals, and good coffee, with oat milk and oat creamer available. All in all it was a pleasant place to spend a night, and I will absolutely stay there again next time I visit the Quad Cities."

"Robin, Sandy, and Angela take great care of you for breakfast and the happy hour. All of the front desk staff is fantastic. Paige kept my room spotless the entire time. This place has a small crew but that definitely did not detract from the service I received. While I could ask for updated mattresses and a little more water pressure, I could not ask for a better place to stay. Service here is second to none. Christina is the manager and she made sure everything was on point. I was here for an entire month and had the same results each day. Thank you to all the staff!"
