"If I could give a zero I definitely would. Rented for a year and ended up moving out at the beginning of my last month due to job loss and had to move out of state. I received one phone call about the remainder of rent that was owed which was $1,250. Now we are one year and one month later and they sent me to collections stating that I owe them $4,235. I haven’t even heard anything and never received anything in the mail and now a year later. I get a call from collections. Horrible company don’t recommend."

"Had an awful experience the entire year I rented they charged me for heat even tho I didn’t have access to the thermostat they cranked the heat up to 85 degrees until the middle of May anytime I called to turn it down I was either ignored or told they need to talk to the other tenets first. So I talked to my neighbors myself come to find out we’ve all been calling to get the heat turned down and they just ignored or lied to them as well just so they could keep charging me for heat well into May!! What a scam!!!!"

"I couldn’t reply from my other page. It’s funny how fast you replied to my review! I had to have someone else call about my application after no answer from your company. All the things you just posted in the reply should have been in a email just like sent me an email saying my background and everything came back you were waiting on reference from my past landlord I updated her email and then nothing. It’s crazy after calling for 2 weeks I had someone else call and found out I didn’t get approved. So credit collections etc didn’t matter I have proof from the IRS that I am a victim of identity theft! You tried it though. And only money hungry agency’s charge $40,$50 ect a background check doesn’t cost that much Pooh! But I made sure to screenshot the last post to show my worker why I didn’t get the place and how fast you guys respond if you want to❤️"

"I paid my application fee and received an email saying the company was waiting on a review from my previous landlord who is being sued, whatever was said I didn’t get the place which is fine. What isn’t fine is charging $50 application fees and not having the respect to let the seeker know they didn’t get the property or returning the phone calls letting the seeker know they did not get the place. The sad part is they have different Businesses that are connected and they take your application fees without you knowing they are connected. This should be illegal! This is the new Easy Street Scammers! Make sure you know all their businesses names before you apply."
