"This has been a home for me for 14 years, and it’s unfortunate Pedcor who owns our complex is wanting to up the rent by $100 next year. It’s supposed to be low income tax credit affordable housing, but when you already pay $815 and then to increase $100 more it’s absolutely insane. I don’t know what they’re expecting when not every person has a second income to help pay the bills. The staff is very nice, and work orders get taken care of within a quick and timely manner. It’s just sad that Pedcor is money hungry and doesn’t care that they will be loosing several good tenants because of this ridiculous increase."

"Excellent place to live! The upkeep is amazing! They usually respond the same day with and apartment issue! The staff is friendly and go out of their way to help with any issue. If someone has a problem with living here, it's probably THEIR problem! For real!"

"I've lived here for a year and I have had a great experience! The management is very tentative to the tenants needs and are friendly. Anytime I've had an issue with anything they have been right on it. The grounds are well kept and I enjoy living here."

"I have lived here for 5 years now and the place keeps getting worse. Don't get me wrong, the actual apartment itself if very nice, but everything else about the place is terrible. The other residents are aweful. I was taking my dog to go to the bathroom across the street and there were 2 men shooting CROSSBOWS. In no way shape or form is that safe. It's like the staff does not care at all who lives here anymore. Once a crazy girl pulled a knife out on her boyfriend in MID-DAY. The police are constantly around here for god knows what. At the beginning of this summer the pool lock got broken by some of the kids that live around here and didnt get replaced until a week ago. We pay as residents for a nice pool that we didn't get to use for majority of the summer! In the mean time while the pool lock was still broken mind you, they re-cemented the entry way to the office... that didn't even need it! The staff does not care about its residents and it is very clear. The rent prices for this place are outrageous and so are the pet deposits. We payed more for the pet deposit than we did for our own! There is no need for a $250 deposit on an animal that is only going to get up to 10lbs and doesn't shed! The rent is raised every new lease and there is nothing to accommodate it. We pay more each and each year to live in a worse and worse apartment complex."
