"This apartment building appears nice until you live there. We were constantly having issues and could never get ahold of anyone. We had to stake out the office until someone showed up and that was very rare. Then when we needed to move out we couldn’t connect with anyone about the process. They weren’t very helpful at all. Then a couple months later after we confirmed it was okay for us to just leave and give them the keys back, we were sent the electrical bill for months after we moved out. Why are we getting billed for the months of September and October and we moved out in august? The phone number on the website doesn’t work, so don’t waste your time trying."

"They are a scam they don’t fix anything in property and have the nerves to charge you a arm and leg once you leave. I spent a whole summer with no ac the apartment would be over 80 degrees when I had my temperature set at 60 degrees. I had a broken garbage disposal that was leaking under the sink for over a year put in numerous work orders and never got it resolved. This property has very poor management and I will be filing a complaint against them once I find the proper avenue to do so. I was over charged when leaving the property and will fight to get any further action against me removed. I put in work orders for my washer going out and had to go pay out of pocket for a laundry mat multiple times with nothing taken off my rent! I would not recommend living in this property to my worst enemy. They hire random contractors to fix up properties because they can’t keep employees."

"Worst apartment experience I have ever lived in. The apartment is money hungry and the residents are not top of mind. I had an unexpected move and had a few months left on my lease. I was told find a sublease or pay the remaining months. Fair, but they also said "they would do everything in their power to help me," wrong. I found a subleaser and the person had actually toured the apartments. The manager said they could not put her in my unit due to finance reasons- aka they wanted to lease the apartment to her and keep me in my lease so they could make more money from us. They also took away an unreasonable amount for my deposit when I got the place professionally cleaned. Another issue is, if you have any problems, there is no one ever in the office and you cannot reach them by phone. I hope you don't work odd hours because good luck getting a hold of anyone. I am not sure if it has been changed now, but I had an emergency with a fire alarm going off around 2 am for an hour or so and tried to find an emergency contact number for the apartments and couldn't find a single number to call. Not to mention that the entire first floor smells like cigarettes. DO NOT live here."

"Lived there for 2 years and loved it. Great staff and nice neighbors. My apartment faced I74 bridge and the view of the bike path and sunrises where absolutely gorgeous. Only problems you might encounter is construction detours and traffic backup on River Drive due to Tax Slayer events and train. But I would recommend this place to anyone."

"A really nice and cozy place to live very friendly staff. I just wish they would upgrade the workout room please do that. Other than that the lofts are beautiful and have washer,dryer and dishwasher. Who could ask for anything more and the building is quite."
