"Great restaurant inside the hotel. The rooms were nice but very outdated. The location is very secluded. Overall not the worst hotel. Nothing to do around the area. No shops, nothing but eat in the hotel restaurant and go to your room. No good channels on the TV , bring your fire stick or roku. Or your book."

"well at first I thought that my experience was just the hotel near the airport and that a different choice would fix it only to find out that it's all of STL the people are just not as friendly as you would expect they almost seem allergic to being cordial any complaint is taken as a personal attack you are given a sharp reply that does not help or address the issue in any way. I was placed in a room that was under attack most of the early morning, and nothing made me miss sleeping in a foxhole more than this hotel (implied sarcasm). the walls must be made of cardboard. the staff act like you owe them money to exclude the van drivers, but I think that might be contract. the place is in the process of being cleaned that or they only cleaned the first 50' or so, but you can tell just by looking at the grout."

"Had a great stay!! The General Manager (sorry i didn't get his name!) was very helpful. He suggested several places to visit for food and entertainment. My husband and I also had a nice conversation with him. I've never been in a hotel where the GM was so visible, they usually are hiding in their office. The hotel is beautiful!! I loved the style of the decoration. Our room was very spacious and very clean. Would have liked to have been able to connect to streaming apps on the T.V. but there were enough channels to choose from. All the staff were friendly, from housekeeping to management. We would love to return for a visit after the improvements are done."
