"From the moment I stepped in to the clinic to the moment I left, I felt very taken care of. They are so efficient, communicate very clearly, take time to listen, and don't make you feel rushed. Everyone I came in contact with was amazing. The lady at the front desk Unique was so helpful and kind, this was my first time here and she made sure the process went smoothly. The doctor and nurse were great they got me in and out and were very thorough. I will now be using this location for any urgent care needs for my family."

"Ghetto, rude black receptionist with cornrows had the nerve to talk disrespectfully not only to me but my daughter! If you don’t like your job then you should get another one! Every question she asked was rude and with an attitude. First time here, my daughter isn’t feeling well and she has to be talked to like this. This ghetto woman, asked for address, id and insurance like she truly can’t stand talking to customers. No professionalism at ALL. Horrible customer service skills. Making hand gestures as she speaks rude to us. Rolling her eyes, who acts like this on a job?? I finally tell her we’re not doing rude service and begin to leave. She’s raising her voice at us both saying she’s not being rude getting louder and louder yelling and arguing with me and my daughter. Whomever owns this clinic needs to re-evaluate exactly why they would have someone like this representing their company not only at the front desk but as an employee period. Sick people have to come in and be greeted like this?? There’s a way to go about speaking to people. It’s not what she asked for it’s HOW she asked. Get some class. And don’t you ever talk to my child like that again. First visit! Last visit! We’ll NEVER be back!"

"The entire experience was amazing. Everyone on the staff was professional, yet friendly and caring. Unique at the front desk made checking in and out easy and put me at ease for the visit. The male nurse and the X-ray tech were great. The PA was super. All of them began my healing process through their care. I truly appreciate all of them."
