"This facility in the past used to be timely. Unfortunately, this visit was anything but that. I scheduled an appointment online to have my daughter seen for a Sports Physical for school. We arrived, filled out more paper work and was called back to see the doctor. An hour went by before being seen. Sadly, they forgot about us. I'd be more understanding if it was really busy, but it wasn't. This visit left a sour taste in my mouth. Thank goodness it wasn't an emergency."

"Nurse Kandy was very nice and put my son at ease. Dr. Nguyen was a rockstar great with my son and has an fantastic bedside manner. The staff (everyone I talked to) were friendly and very personable."

"When I think of the kind of reception I expect when I walk into an urgent care clinic, I think of someone with a welcoming demeanor, a smile and perhaps a bit of empathy. This is the exact opposite of what I experienced walking in this place just now. The young woman at the front told me they were not accepting new patients for the evening. Was the door locked? No. Was it after their listed working hours? No. But this rude woman just told me they weren't taking any additional patients for the evening. No apology, ("I'm so sorry, but.."), no explanation of why I was being turned away even if I did walk in shortly before their closing time, pretty much just a "kick rocks" attitude. Hey CareNow - your employee working the front desk at 4:45pm on 12/31/23 - She is the opposite of the kind of person you want to be the first face your visitors see when they come through your door with a problem and a need. Zero warmth, compassion, care or humanity toward someone who wasn't feeling well and looking for help."

"I just wanted to say no one there helped me with my cure. I wasted 180$ for nothing. I was very disappointed. You guys charged me for nothing. The Doctor didn't helped me at all. I am still suffering from it. I went to another doctor and I told them they tested me with Thyroid panel and they were surprised what is that? The doctor gave me just Tylenol and still I am having pain. I called multiple times for follow up and prescription. The front desk rep told me you need to go in web filled out the form and pay again for it. It's ridiculous I need my money back ..... any updates"

"All I can say is, "wow!". The online reservation system was so convenient. Instead of waiting in the clinic, I was able to wait from the comfort of my home. I received a phone call (from a human!) shortly after I reserved my spot and she gave me a time to come in so I wouldn't have to wait. From the moment I stepped in to the clinic from the moment I left, I felt very taken care of. They are so efficient, communicate very clearly, take time to listen, and don't make you feel rushed. Everyone I came in contact with was amazing. I will now be using this location for any urgent care needs for my family. I also received a follow-up call the next day to make sure I was doing OK and that I picked up my prescription. I'd give more stars if I could!"
