"Not the place you want to spend Thanksgiving but we truly appreciate the amazing team at Texas Health. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, kind and caring. We are very grateful for all the wonderful people working on Thanksgiving 2023 that helped to make a horrible day much much easier for our family."
"I haven’t stepped foot in a medical setting in over 5 years due to abnormal blood labs. I just moved to the area 2 months ago, and had been going through a serious mental breakdown for over 2 weeks. After not eating, vomiting, constant worry, and depression, I decided an er trip was due. I got checked right in, everyone was so kind and friendly. They eased my anxiety tremendously and confirmed I am not in any health danger. I worry frequently of that, lol. I am now recovering at home, and no longer fear going to the doctors. Stay on top of your health! Not just physical- mental too!"
"I'll give 2 stars at the courtesy of the friendly nursing and administrative staff. I was referred over and taken to the ER department via wheelchair from my PCP, Dr. Candelario, who I love and trust. He had already called over and spoke to the ER of my situation. The firs and staff were great, going in near shift change though, the second doctor did not leave much of a settling feeling when going home or for a weekend comfort before I could get back to my Primary. When we got there, it seemed still no one on staff had much idea what they were doing. While Dr. Dickerson's initial visit to the room was fine (who did say he spoke briefly to the doctor) and the nurse was sweet and did amazing in my visit. They took culture blood samples, which were supposed to be sent to check for infection at the request of my PCP and the original doctor, and later, it was found they never ran them. It also appeared as if they never did much to check in or see how anything was going in between coming in to do tests. As soon as the shift change doctor walked in. It was apparent he didn't want to be there. When asked a question, the answer was 'let me go look at the report' as if he wasn't expecting a question and hadn't fully reviewed anything to begin with and believed coming in with 'we can't find anything really wrong and you can go home' was sufficiant. Nothing further was explained as to what may have caused my lymph nodes to swell and I was told the two lumps that appeared in my legs were not blood clots and therefore were just superficial thrombosis and 'cosmetic'. I took it upon myself the following Monday to go to get a second opinion to find out differently and get a more accurate ultrasound. If my doctor ever needs me to go to an ER again, this will not be my choice. I will definitely find a means to get over to Frisco's Texas Health on Eldorado/DNT before going here. As I used this hospital about 5 years ago before my doctors practice moved here and chalked that experience up to it being 'new', but see the level of doctors is just what that hospital carries."
"The service I received at Texas Health Prosper Emergency was excellent! Dr. Caudill and his staff provided me the best care I’ve ever received at any medical office, from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend this facility for any emergency care needs, I won’t go anywhere else."
"If I could give Texas Health staff and Dr Gocke zero stars I would. I booked an appointment for a TB test for myself and daughter back in November. We needed this test done for the adoption process we are going through. After spending hours at the office we were told at the end of our visit they were out of TB test. I received multiple bills in the mail totaling over $500. I booked an appointment for a TB test in which I did NOT receive and left with multiple bills for myself and my daughter. I have called the office numerous times with no call back. These bills have now been sent to a collection agency. I recommend going ANYWHERE but here. If you do go here be sure to check what they are saying is done at the visit."
