"My son had his first appointment and was so nervous/embarrassed. We had a pleasure meeting Dr.K and the Nurse practitioner Maggie. They both spoke directly to my child and answered all my questions."

"Dr. Kaye was very impersonal and kept interrupting me when I spoke. He didn’t take time to listen to me. It almost felt like he was talking down to me as if I didn’t understand how to explain my son’s symptoms. I understand that my son was there to be examined but he could have AT LEAST taken time to explain what he was about to do and ask if it was okay to examine my son and his personal areas. He just started pulling down on his pants without saying anything after asking to get on the table. Just seemed like he wasn’t there to really take the time to understand what we needed from him as a doctor."

"We waited an hour and a half to be seen by doctor Strand. Staff was very nice, however for a child to wait this long is unacceptable. Why make an appointment if you have to wait so long? We were seen for a whole ten minutes. He gave me a cold treatment for complaining that We were waiting on HIM for an hr and a half! 1hr50min total from walking up to the front desk to checking out. Waste of time and money! We will not be back. Terrible experience."
