"To say a place is perfect seems unrealistic and fake. However, in my honest opinion, I can't think of a suggestion for improvement. The bar is set high. It is kept immaculately clean and new looking in the hallways and the amenities places. If there is a scuff on the wall, staff paints over it nearly immediately, etc...The cleaning company does an excellent job. The staff is very, very nice. Lindsay is the manager and she is super sweet. She has always responded to my emails within the next business day. Stacy is in charge of lease renewal and also super sweet and bubbly. She made me feel really good when I decided to renew my lease. She acted like I was her best friend going to stay a while longer. My apt is so quiet. Even my guests comment the same. The location is great because you are within walking distance of almost everything you could need. If you are reading negative comments from prior to the year 2021 (roughly), disregard them because we have new management and everything is great now. I have been here four years. I felt like I was on vacation living here for the longest time. I love the dog washing station. The gym has everything you could ever want and is kept very clean. The dog park on site is helpful. The city has a huge, very nice dog park only 2 miles away. You will love it here!!"

"Shout out to Kelly W.! She came in and resolved some issues we were having at our apartment. She recognized the issues, explained why the issues had happened and fixed them. She was patient and kind and very knowledgeable. We appreciate her and the rest of our maintenance crew for all that they do. They have all done a great job at responding to our calls and messages. They work hard together to get the job done. We have an amazing team. Thank you!"

"Amazing place, lovely gym and club house and super friendly neighbour's are always polite, The maintenance is super helpful and it's in a great location except for the occasional fire station music. There's also a great pizza place in the same building I will definitely recommend this place to anyone."
