Valley Ridge Apartments

"I am a current resident as of 12/21/23 and I've been a resident since 2021 Glick now owns the property and the person the brought in for Property manager is rude and has stated she will continue to be rude. I believe the Property manager should be on the side of the resident or at least try to be kind and helpful. This lady is hateful spiteful and disrespectful. Moving on many residents do not follow guidelines set by the apartments complex owners and renters agreement. Rumors are aplenty about staff connections to resident and letting them get away with things, as well as staff living on Property and doing years inspections for themselves. They put on a good facade but the truth underneath is they don't care about you. All they care about is money. Market value is 1000-1150$ they are not worth that. All this together it's not worth it. I would rather spend a little more money and just find something better. This is a last resort place to try if you have nothing else and even then I would consider finding worse living arrangements before ever trying here again!!! Update Friday March 1st the owners belive that these apartment are worth 1,150$. They are not these apartments are not even worth 900$ they are greedy and have an inflated opinion of the apartment if I could give 0 or less stars I would. Don't wast your time here they will choke your wallet so you can't ever try to get anything better. Wish the owners would wake up."

"Patreece is awesome!! She really does help and keeps things 100! She doesn't beat around the bush, she doesn't tell you what you want to hear, but what you NEED to hear. Sandra is helpful and will do her best to work with you. She reminds me about paperwork and is on it when it comes to getting things done. I recently went through some things and both Sandra and Patreece went above and beyond to help me."

"I made a review a week ago but ended up deleting it. But here I am again the property manager is very rude and disrespectful to residents. Anytime you go in the office or see her outside she's always got a frown on her face. In my opinion I want to see a friendly face when I walk in the office. There has been several residents that she has been extremely rude too. Also she doesn't like people that get assistance she is very unprofessional. If you have an issue with anything and speak to her she tells you if you don't like it then move. She needs to talk to people with respect if she wants respect back. Please fix this issue!!!!! I gave 2 stars that's only because I am being nice."

"I've lived here for 4 yrs. I've enjoyed it. However, I've recently become limited in my mobility & need something on the ground level. Also, I've been reduced to monthly SSDI & my rent of $685 takes up almost all of it. I'm hoping to be eligible for something more accommodating by next year."
