"I have leased for 3 1/2 years with this management (at their Jeff apartments). My experience has been excellent, from the quality of construction - expansion tanks on the water heaters - which I care about! - plus an efficient heat pump for baseline heat and more. Their care of the property is excellent: every 2 months, the HVAC filters are changed, any concern is professionally addressed. They provide apartments beyond my expectations and I am absolutely satisfied as their tenant."
"The management sends out repeated emails about noise, parking and dog waste. When you approach management with legitimate concern about noise that is particular to your apartment too bad. Their remedy is to offer you an opportunity to break your lease rather than to enforce the conditions of the lease that everyone signs. I can see this problem only getting worse as they try to fill new units and management is so reluctant to address concerns."
