"Lived here for almost 5yrs and rent has gone up from $765 to over $1K for a 2 bedroom the has NO WASHER AND DRYER HOOK UP. So now I have to use their washer and dryer in the laundry room and guess what it went up as well !!! Please tell me why I pay $1K for a place that has no washer and dryer hook up but the neighbor right across from has the same apartment same lay out with hook ups and she pays less then I do. Time to buy a house with a fixed mortgage"

"I moved into Huntley Ridge New Albany Apartments recently, and I have nothing negative to say! It is so peaceful here, and every staff member I have come in contact with has been so friendly. The property is wonderful, very well kept and is in a very convenient location in general. Darla (the property manager) has always been readily available to answer any questions my partner or I have had, I love it here!"

"I lived here for three years and overall my experience was alright. I lived in one of the renovated one bedrooms and it was nice. I always felt safe and didn't have any problems with neighbors. Also it's close to a lot of stuff. The office staff is terrible at communication though. It would often take two or three follow ups to get a single response. They also wouldn't communicate major projects going on the site. Sometimes those projects would greatly affect parking or construction maybe happening at 7AM right outside your window with no heads up. They also aren't very flexible on inspections. They do a lot of routine inspections and at the time I was working overnights and asked for a more exact time to know when they were coming because I thought I would be asleep and their time frame was like 9AM-5PM. Just annoying they weren't not able to help accommodate residents. The halls need to be remodeled - they are pretty gross. All in all, it's an okay apartment. I didn't regret my time there."
