"I lived here for 7 years and enjoyed it very much! I only moved out because my family got so big and they didn't have anything larger than a 2 bedroom. I was sad to go! True that it's an older place but it is well kept and maintained. Office and maintenance are very polite and easy to deal with. Any kind of issues we had were easy to schedule and taken care of quickly. I would like to rebuke any and all of the negative reviews on here to say that most likely, their bad experience was because of something they did wrong and not the complex itself. It is close to a lot of places, where you can walk to or drive quickly. The interstate is not too far away either."

"I lived here for 9 months and couldn’t wait to leave. It was always so dark and gross and messy. The trash was in front of my place and stunk. My neighbor was rude and would bang on my wall in the middle of the night and nothing was done about it. I always felt unsafe here. Always smelled of cannabis outside. The pavement was horrible. And generally over priced and rude staff. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The pictures are far from accurate."

"I have lived here for a year and just renewed my lease. I've never had a problem here with the apartment itself. Jennifer is great to work with and super friendly. Walls keep noise levels to a minimum (I rarely hear the neighbors), and I love the upstairs storage area. I've only had to call maintenance once and he went over and above and noticed another problem which he fixed fast. You also get a choice of upgrades if you want."
