"I lived at the “Hub,” previously the Annex, for almost 4 years while attending college. The business was owned by three different companies while I was there. The apartments were disgusting when I moved in, the carpets were torn up and nasty and it smelled like someone chain smoked cigarettes and weed in our apartment for 30 years. My roommate and I immediately took pictures of every deficiency and made note of everything wrong and sent it up to the first owners of the apartment complex. As the years went buy and the third company took over, rent increased by $200 with no changes to the poor quality of our apartment and my roommate and I were charged for a $300-$350 pet fee AGAIN, which we had paid with the first owners of the apartment complex. When it came time to move out we were charged money for the nasty carpets that were torn up from day one of us living there, cabinets in the kitchen, which were in the same condition as they were when we moved in, and for the flooring which was undoubtedly from the 1980’s. All in all we were charged in fees from the Hub what a months rent is equal to. I do not recommend this apartment complex because they do not keep good track of receipts or paperwork and other people will be paying so much more out of pocket than necessary."

"I love staying here at The Hub! My family and I are going on 2 years with the complex and to be honest it’s a lot like a community! We help each other out, talk, and do activities together and some of us are simply neighbors! I’ve gotten to know people and I seemingly get the surprise weekly of another friend who’s moved in here! Truly a great place to stay! Industry Leading Maintenance and service with the office! I appreciate you for being such an awesome place to Live!!!"

"The price is good for the area. Management are very nice and helpful. Application process was quick and easy. The only issues I have is the area in the back of my building. It is on a hill and becomes very muddy and there is a lot of garbage that accumulates in the tree area. Also, I can always here my neighbor's TV. So much so that I can actually understand what they are saying. I guess that's just apartment living."

"I have been living at The Hub for two years now, and absolutely love it! Management is really professional, always willing to help in any time of need. Maintenance is outstanding as well, they make sure to replace fixtures, lights, etc before even having to come to them ! Not only is the outside and parking area always clean but they make sure the hallways leading to the apartments are always clean and smelling fresh as well! They have perks as well, allowing you to leave your trash in a bin outside your door for pickup instead of having to take it down yourself, with a small fee added! I would highly recommend to college students and even seniors! It’s very private and peaceful, and you have your own space even when living in an apartment complex !"
