"First of all, the apartments are nice. However, new management is HORRIBLE! When we first moved here in 2020, management was personable and communicated personally with tenants by walking around and placing information at your door. Since they sold to current management, we have dealt with… Periods of no lights in the breezeway for DAYS! Periods of no lights in the parking lot for DAYS! No bags provided at dog waste stations for I couldn’t even tell you how long-finally put some in this weekend. A mattress that has been by our dumpster for over a month ( we won’t even discuss the dumpster situation) Drug activity in the parking lot-guess those cameras are just for show and noone checks them. The last straw was our lease renewal. Our lease is up 1/31/2024 and we FINALLY got our renewal paperwork on 1/5/2024. Of course there was an increase (please keep in mind the above that we have dealt with), and we were expected to sign it by 1/12/2024! No increase was communicated prior to renewal to give us the opportunity to look elsewhere. If we couldn’t afford the increase it wouldn’t matter because we would be stuck unless we chose to not renew, gave 60 day notice, and pay a ridiculous amount month to month. We will ABSOLUTELY be looking to move before next lease renewal. I should have listened to my husband who said we should have moved last year. It’s only gotten worse!"
"Kim is and has been sooo nice and helpful!! I’m new to the state and she’s has been great responding since I’ve first made contact in September!! She helped my family find the perfect apartment with freshly painted walls, clean almost brand new appliances and hardwood floors! I have no complaints and I think it would be lovely for anyone to live here!"
"I will say at first, this was a nice apartment. However, they changed management. The new management has ran this place into the ground. They always have the office locked so nobody can come in there while they are there. They never answer the phone and they do not reply to text messages or emails. This place has many issues, and when you bring it to their attention, they always have an excuse. The pool wasn’t even open until the end of summertime. They’ll say that they have an on site gym you ain’t gonna be able to use it because they always have the damn office locked. Plus there’s only a whole like three or four pieces of equipment in there. They took out the trash compactor because it was having issues so they put dumpsters on each parking lot and mind you there’s 48 apartments minimum to a parking lot. So the trash was always overflowing. Took them two months to give us our deposit back but I mean everybody’s moving out so they don’t have money and the girls in the office aren’t working they’re just getting paid to sit on the couch and eat (last time I went and knocked and looked in the window that’s legit what they were doing and this wasn’t their lunch break this is all day everyday.) hence why they always have the office locked so they don’t have to work. The Flooring in the apartments come up. My best friend, who also lived in the same apartments, brought multiple maintenance request to their attention, such as there being a giant gap in her entry door so she was getting bug issues all the time, and they never did anything to fix it. Parking lot lights always went out at least 2-3 times a month. That was also tied to the stair lights. I fell down those stairs because the fact there wasn’t lights. Wi-Fi is included into your rent but half the time it didn’t work. Or it was like dialup. Oh and you don’t get a credit for all the times it goes out. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THEY NEED TO GET RID OF THE LAZY PEOPLE IN THAT OFFICE."
"Lived in Stonecrest for a year and couldn’t move out quick enough. If you like a complex that always has full dumpsters, management that doesn’t communicate or never in office… this is the place for you! If you always want access to a gym and need an excuse to not go because you can’t get into it… this is the place for you. If you like not having parking lot lights, stair way lights and no internet at least 4-5 days a month or very slow… this is the place for you. If you enjoy not knowing what could happen and love living the unexpected in a place you call home.. this is the place for you."
"Would give zero stars if I could. Have been trying to find out the status of my deposit return for over a month. Managed to contact the property manager once and was told they could hold it for thirty days but it was in my account that it was supposed to be credited back to me. Haven’t heard back since. Doesn’t answer phone calls or inquiries from the website. Seems to be a recurring thing with this company."
