The office staff is excellent; they retain their eye on the importance of community, with holiday parties and keeping us updated with things happening around Carmel. The building is secure, and they have the best maintenance crew. We love living here."

"Me and my wife have lived at The Olivia on Main for over 3 years now and we couldn't be happier. Undoubtedly the experience here has been the best so far compared to the other communities we have stayed at in the past. We absolutely love the apartment we have rented. The layout is very nice and modern. It's very spacious and since it's a corner apartment with 2 balconies, there is plenty of sunlight all day around. The location is perfect with the downtown and so many restaurants and grocery options close by. The building is very safe, well maintained and very clean with great amenities and the most beautiful lobby we have come ever come across. The parking lot is huge and unlike other apartments we have stayed at in the past, finding a parking spot has never been an issue. The gym has all the equipment one can ask for and the pool area is also so spacious. Besides the beautiful complex and all it's amenities, what we love the most about this place is the friendly staff that goes above and beyond in delivering the best experience. The staff, both the office staff and the maintenance and cleaning staff has been amazing from Day 1. They all have been very patient, extremely helpful and on top of everything. We moved here in Carmel for my wife's treatment and we've had several special requests from Day 1 including requesting flexibility for maintenance requests to be handled later in the afternoon because of my wife's therapy schedule. Every staff member has been very kind and has always accommodated all our requests. This was my biggest concern when I was looking for an apartment in Carmel and I'm glad I made the right decision by moving here instead of other apartments in the area. We are so grateful to the entire staff for making me and my wife feel at home. We can't thank them enough. The experience so far with other residents whom we have interacted with has also been great and we have made some good friends here. I would highly recommend The Olivia to anyone looking to rent in Carmel. "The Olivia is one of the fancier upscale apartments near downtown Carmel. While I haven't lived in Olivia, I frequent the apartments to visit my family who lives there and it's nothing short of modern and upscale. The apartments work pretty well for single, couples or modern day working people. Pet friendly, weekly events, discounts, free deliveries from Rosie's right below the apartment are some of the many perks the place has to offer. Controlled access, barbecue, swimming and dedicated parking as some extra features. The rent with all of the above is on the higher end and maintenance to a certain extent is covered but the rest does have minimal costs involved. All in all a fairly ok deal."
