"Very slow to respond, first asked for repair in July with 2 additional requests and just done in February. Job of replacing window is still unfinished with painting and replacing blind is not complete. Work should be way more responsive in my opinion."
"It is my opinion that the building should be secure from non-residents, and ours is clearly not. When we first moved in several of our neighbors asked us if we were experiencing our packages being stolen and having just moved in we did not. Now, six months in we have had several packages stolen. After reaching out to the management company, they have said that they are unable to install security cameras or further secure the building. Incredibly disappointed and will not be renewing our lease."
"Just getting settled in here at Alexandria and so far it’s been a top notch experience! The apartment itself is situated in a great area, the grounds are quiet and idyllic and the interiors have been recently renovated. Lots of natural light, open and airy floor plan. Great overall. The hallways/entrances need work, but are currently in the midst of being renovated as well! Alec, our leasing agent, was great to work with. Knowledgable and quick to respond. The ideal guy to work with! I was in a serious time crunch and Alec was able to accommodate a same day move! When it comes to maintenance. I brought up the fact one of the windows wasn’t opening correctly. It was addressed within the hour. Very impressed overall"
