Carmel Hills Apartments

"THIS IS A REFERENCE TO THE PROPERTY IN ST.Louis mo since they removed there reviews so no one knows how bad the property is . I would rate this zero stars if possible old run down apartments that they raise the rent on every year . If you don’t commit to a lease and do a month to month they will also raise the rent until it becomes unaffordable for you .They threaten to kick you out the place even though the rents not worth what they are asking to begin with . Roaches in your apartment before you move a piece of furniture in is crazy ! We have to do better as loyal people and stop giving places like this our money . Property manager was a nice lady but owners of Carmel hills apartments need to do way better and add value to their property before raising rent if you have options take them, if this is your last resort make it that and only that !"

"We're about to move to Carmel from out of state, and the staff at Carmel Hills has done so much to help us find the right apartment for our needs and make sure we have everything lined up. Chip (the maintenance/renovation guy) has given us multiple tours in person and via FaceTime, and Betsy (in the front office) has answered MANY questions. The location is great, the community seems peaceful, and the apartments are generally really cute. Some are older, but it seems like they're really focused on renovating the older ones. The one we're planning to move into looks really cute. Thanks guys! We're excited about our new place."

"I lived here for 2 years with my daughter. Maintenance was always helpful. While i was living there, a carport was included and all the units had at least 2 bedrooms. The aprtments weren't trendy and swank like some of the otter apartments but it was nice and cozy. Would take jogs on the Monon and when my daughter was in elementary school, we would walk to school and stop by the squared donits that use to be there. I am a minority but was treated with much respect and enjoyed my tine there. Also the leasing office was always kind."

"Best 3 years of my life! Only reason we are moving is because we are purchasing a home. I would recommend this apartment complex 1000 times and more if I could. Peaceful neighborhood, close to a large park/trail and fishing pond, washer and dryer available and clean! Any time I have ever had an issue (not many at all in the past 3 years) they would have their amazing maintenance crew on it within a day or two! Also the apartment we moved in was completely redone... beautiful open kitchen with dark beautiful cabinets and black oven, microwave and refrigerator. Neighbors friendly! Well priced apartments with storage! Betsy is very helpful and prompt to answer any questions right away! Carmel Hills Apartments, we will miss you!"

"I would give the landlords and property manager zero stars if that was an option. Worst rental experience of my life! Units are small, outdated with old appliances. Property manager is unprofessional and has no problem talking down to the tenants. Spend a little more on rent at other places and save a lot of time and frustration by living in a respectable place."
