"This review is based on my experience living here from 2016-2019. For the most part I enjoyed my stay. Staff was great, they kept the buildings & grounds clean, residents were respectful of valet trash rules, dogs weren't too loud. The only complaints I had were the smoking buildings & fire alarm went off often. You could smell smoke in your apt. And some kid either pulled the fire alarm or the building had technical issues with the fire alarm & it would go off during the day & at night."

"1 out of 5 because I can’t choose 0 stars. Oh how we miss the old management crew, if you asked me 3 months or so ago I would recommend this place 150% of the time to anyone. Now? I wouldn’t recommend and won’t recommend this place to anyone. They do not care about their longstanding residents and they are unprofessional. Had renewed my lease twice before this but now? Will not be renewing my lease and cannot recommend to anyone looking in the area. I repeat, under no circumstances give these people your business, they don’t care about current resident or any future ones. Be kind enough to you and your future self and look elsewhere. "I have lived at Lakeside for about 8 months now. I have loved everything about my apartment. If there’s a maintenance issue, the team is always on it! Any ticket I put in is resolved within a day. All of the staff has been very kind. The community has been very clean besides residents not cleaning up after their dogs. There are lots of pet waste stations, and people choose not to use them! If I could make a recommendation for Lakeside, it would be getting cameras outside to keep dog owners accountable. All in all. Location is perfect. Great prices. Kind people. I will likely renew my lease!"
