"Very happy with our stay here! Very clean in the room and common areas, staff has been friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite spacious with lots of storage. Coffee maker and smart TV have been very nice to have in the room as well! Definitely would recommend"
"I booked 2 adults and 4 kids in here back in October for my daughter's 10th birthday in January. Pool and breakfast, yes sir! The kids are currently living it up in the nice pool, while I lounge. The room was amazing! A dishwasher!? Seriously!? Garbage disposal!? Nice, big microwave!? I was shocked at how nice this room was. And the pool area had so many rescue/safety devices. I am so impressed so far. I have 4 dogs and seen the cute little treat can on the check out counter. Loving my choice for this place! The amount of sitting areas in the lobby were awesome to see."
"Everything was great until the check out. I love all the special touches in the room. The rooms are big.There was a great greeting on the TV with my name. They even had Charmin toilet paper. They have electronic blinds. We were very happy with it all. The girls at the front desk need some customer service training though. They are not friendly and seem to do the bare minimum requirement. The app check out wasn’t working so I checked out at the front desk. I tried to buy a water for our road trip, and she could not figure out how to sell me a water so I just had to go thirsty. I’m guessing that water cost to the hotel a dime at the most. I’m a Diamond member; why not just give me the water if you can’t figure out a way to let me pay for it? This experience ruined what would have been a wonderful 5 star review."
"Highly recommended for anyone traveling with pet. It is very pet friendly with good amount of green grass area for potty break. The area is also very safe and walkable. The hotel facilities and rooms are very new, clean, and well-kept. The pet fee is also very reasonable which is $75 for the entire stay."
"I've always been impressed by the town of Carmel and Fishers, Indianapolis. So when we had the opportunity to spend the weekend in the area, Home2suites turned out to be the perfect place to stay. Very nice and clean rooms, helpful and courteous staff and the free breakfast was pretty good. I must admit, I wasn't too use to the round-a-bout streets getting there, but it was a great experience overall."
