"Stay away from this hotel. I stayed in Room 321. The room had clearly been broken into. The door frame was broken and “fixed” with a drywall screw. There was a strange smell in the room and bathroom smelled especially bad. The rooms are dirty and the staff are unprofessional."
"Update service from 3 to 2 stars: Manager finally called me. He said he was out sick for 2 days but the individuals working there said they he was in later that day and I missed him. So who's lying. Manager also said we can't get the discount from the hospital because we didn't check in with the discount. But I was told by two different individuals that was working those days that is not true. They said someone can go in and apply the discount but only the manager can. Not sure why he would lie to a paying customer. I will never stay at a Hyatt again. This was horrible service and I was already dealing with a difficult situation. Look at my reviews. I am not a complainer. I typically only comment with good service. But this deserves to be noted. Was staying here for my husband's kidney cancer surgery next door at IU Med center and was told that we would get a discount for staying there. We had two rooms for the family . I reached out to the manager both days that we were there and he was never there nor did he return my call. Still trying to reach him to add the discount. Gentlemen the first night was courteous. Hotel was nice and breakfast was nice but not very happy about service so far."
"Great location! Spent 4 nights with my sister here. No bug or cleanly issues. No noise issues. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash plentiful in shower. Tiny makeup remover and lotion sample provided as well. Mini fridge in room has good amount of room. Microwave on first floor near front desk if needed. Cable tv provided. Loved the continental breakfast - rare in hotels nowadays. Staff are very kind and helpful. Great pricing. Cons: housekeeping only came once, AC is not consistent (easily gets to 75 degrees F and system won't always stay on cool), light over sectional was out (room still pretty dark with all the other lights on)."
"Lovely hotel tucked away next to a little wedding venue. The staff was very helpful and everything was in good shape. I was given a very large handicapped accessible room and was pleased with the space and layout. I was thoroughly impressed and will be staying here again in the future."
